Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at hatsrxemail@gmail.com with your order number, item description, and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

After we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, HatsRx.com will cover the shipping costs.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return. Specify the new item or size you’d like in your communication. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you.
