Refund &returns Policy

At HatsRx, we want every customer to feel amazing in their new hat.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The hat must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Tags or stickers (if included) must still be attached

  • The item must be free of scents, marks, or damage

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used hats

  • Custom or made-to-order designs

  • Limited edition or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Subscription (“Prescription”) hats from past months

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out — we’ll help you quickly.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

📩 Email us at hatsrxemail@gmail.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • The item you’d like to return

  • The reason (optional but helpful)

We will reply within 48 hours with the next steps.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an item is returned damaged or worn, we may deny the refund.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges if the requested item is in stock.

You can request:

  • A different size

  • A different style

  • Store credit

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.

6. Subscription (Prescription) Hats

Because subscription hats are curated and delivered on a monthly cycle:

  • Prescription hats are non-refundable

  • You can pause, skip, or cancel future renewals anytime before the next billing date

  • If your hat arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost

7. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

  4. Then email us — we’ll help resolve it
