5. RETURNS & exchanges

We want you to love your hat.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that returns must follow the guidelines listed there, including:

6. Monthly Subscription Service

If you subscribe to one of our monthly subscription services:

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle.

  • You may pause or cancel renewals anytime through your customer account or by contacting us.

  • Subscription changes must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
