1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, special releases), processing may take an extra 1–2 days.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen speed.
Free Shipping

If activated in the future, international rates and times will vary by country.
Customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update, depending on the carrier.
4. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:

HatsRx is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, but we always do our best to support you and find a solution.
6. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:

Include your order number and photos of the packaging + item
We will replace or refund the damaged item as quickly as possible.
7. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on inventory and availability. You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.
8. Pre-Order & Limited Edition Items
For special releases:

9. Subscription (Prescription) Shipments
Your monthly HatsRx Prescription package ships on a recurring cycle based on your signup date.
